Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 0,25 cup fat-free cheese
  • 0,25 cup rinsed canned beans
  • Salsa

Directions

1.Put and spray vegetable cooking spray on a frying pan.

2.After scramble the egg whites in the skillet  and cook to the desired degree of doneness.

3.Put and place the cooked eggs on the tortillas.

4.Then Sprinkle the cheese over the eggs.

5.After put the beans over the cheese and eggs.

6.Roll and relate every tortilla into a wrap.

7.Use microwave for 30 seconds.

8.In the end spoon salsa on top
