Easy Chicken Enchiladas


  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can pinto beans, drained
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast meat
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese


Heat the oven to 350 degrees . Then lightly greased baking dish.

Take a small saucepan over medium heat, mix the cream cheese and salsa. Cook, moving until melted and good blended. Move  chicken then pinto beans. After fill tortillas with the mixture, roll and put while the prepared baking dish. Take and spread cheese over the top. Put and cover with aluminum foil.

The last step is to bake for 30 minutes. Choose garnish with your favorite toppings like lettuce and tomatoes, or sour cream.
