Easy Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup SunRice White Long Grain Rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • meat, chopped
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • 2 shallots, trimmed, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

Step1

Take and cook the rice in a large saucepan of boiling water about 12 minutes . Drain and let to cool.

Step 2

Take and using a whisk, lightly beat eggs in a small bowl. Preheat oil in  large frying pan over medium heat. Then add eggs. Swirl over base to form an omelette. Cook for 2 minutes. Overthrow. Cook about  2 minutes then set. Take to a chopping board. Set in side to cool a little. Cut into short strips.

Step 3

After add meat to wok.And cook for 4 minutes until be brown. Add carrot. Stir fry 1 minute. Put shallots, peas and rice. Cook, stirring about 3-4 minutes. Then add egg and soy sauce. Stir until heated through. Serve promptly, with extra soy.
