Easy Fried Rice


  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 Tbs sesame oil
  • 2-3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 small white onion, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed


Overheat a large frying pan to medium heat. Decant sesame oil in the bottom. Then add white onion with peas and carrots and fry until tender.

Stir the onion, peas and carrots to the side,then decant the beaten eggs into the next side.Put a spatula, scramble the eggs. Once cooked, mix the eggs with the vegetable mix.

After add the rice to the veggie and egg mixture. Decant the soy sauce on top. Move and fry the rice and veggie mixture while heated through and combined. Last step add chopped green onions with your desired.
