Szechwan Shrimp Recipe


  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 12 ounces cooked shrimp, tails removed


Take a bowl, move together water, ketchup,cornstarch, soy sauce,  honey,  and crushed red pepper. Set aside.

Preheat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Move in green onions with garlic; cook during 30 seconds. Stir in shrimp, and toss to coat with oil. Move in sauce.

Cook with move until sauce is  thickened.
