Yogurt Chicken Recipe


  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 container plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup dried bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Take a small bowl and put yogurt  then stir to be creamy smooth. Place lemon with stir the whole. In other bowl mix garlic powder , the bread crumbs and salt to taste, combine all.

Take a baking dish then put 1 scant pat of butter to every chicken breast. Rinse chicken breasts then leave it to dry. Dunk every breast in the lemon/yogurt mixture, after put it in the bread crumb mixture.

Put coated chicken in the baking dish then place in top every breast with a full pat of butter. Spraying with chopped parsley then bake in a heated oven about 1 hour. Then wait to cool about 5 to 10 minutes .serve.
